At WISTOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

  • If mega offer or special offer products, returns are not available.
  • We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (WISTOFF Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
  • Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
